Please use tracking on all packages before shipping. The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and Tau Beta Pi (TBP) will not accept any responsibility for lost packages that were mailed to us.
At the end of each Career Fair day, FedEx will pick up remaining packages for shipping back to your company. FedEx forms will be provided. If you prefer to use another express mail carrier, arrangements must be made by your company for these materials to be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.
