Employers: Registration & Sponsorship

By paying the basic registration fee of $850 ($425 for non-profit/government organizations), you will have access to:​

  • One 6 ft. table (with room for displays and company representatives)
  • Two parking passes
  • Continental breakfast for all recruiters
  • Up to 4 lunches
​
Base registration includes 4 free representatives with a maximum of 10 total representatives at a cost of $30 per extra representative.
​
A vehicle can be displayed outside the career fair for $250. (Full for both days)
​
Registered companies may ship items to the fair starting 8/31 in accordance with the shipping policy outlined in the Recruiter Guides.
​
Payment for registration will be accepted only by credit card. Companies may only register for one day at this time due to high demand and limited space.

Career Fair registration will take place through Engineering Careers, by 12twenty. To access the employer registration system in Engineering Careers, by 12twenty, first request an account here. After the initial sign-up, access your account here. Please note this login page is for employers only; the student interface is available in the Student Guide.

Sponsorship opportunities will be available through registration beginning at 12:00:00 PM EDT May 15th, 2023 on a first-come first-serve basis. Sponsorship packages provide benefits in addition to those provided by basic registration. If there is a sponsorship item that you do not see listed, but you would like to take part in, please email us at careerfair@umich.edu, and we can work together to make it happen.
 
The Fall Engineering Career Fair would not be successful without the financial support of many generous sponsors. Sponsors will benefit from greatly increased publicity on various platforms. This year we have four sponsorship packages featuring brand new benefits for the fair:

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are due by Wednesday, August 23rd, 2023 at 11:45:00 PM ET.

Cancellations will be accepted provided that notification is given in writing to the Career Fair Directors at careerfair@umich.edu as follows (regardless of reason for cancellation):
