We recommend you register as soon as possible after registration opens to secure your spot. Registration officially closes on September 1st, 2022; however, it will close early when we reach our maximum company capacity for both days.
What is the advantage of registering soon after registration opens?
Registering early will allow you to choose the day on which you will attend. Each day has a limit for how many companies may attend, and registration for a particular day will close when that limit is reached.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before 11:45 PM on August 19th, 2022. No refunds will be granted after this time.
How much does it cost to attend the fair?
Registration for one of the two days costs $800 ($400 for approved non-profit/government organizations). Companies may only register for one day at this time due to high demand and limited space. Sponsorship packages and their benefits can be found here.
