Sponsorship and Registration
Basic registration is $950 for companies, and $475 for non-profit and government organizations. Sponsorship tiers are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and provide additional benefits including increased publicity and prominence at the fair. See below for the benefits of each sponsorship tier.
To register for the Fall Engineering Career Fair, you will need to be signed into an employer Career Forge account. Please sign in or create an account here. Once logged into Career Forge, click into Events on the left side menu and then select the All Events tab. Click 'Register' under the Fall Engineering Career Fair event. Registration opens June 16th and closes August 15th.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are due by August 15 at 11:59 PM ET via the Career Forge platform.
Cancellations will be accepted if notification of cancellation is provided in writing to the Career Fair Directors at careerfair@umich.edu. Cancellations submitted before Friday, August 15th, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET will receive a full refund via check.

Outdoor Spaces

The first option is a standard extended booth, which provides a private space under a canopy tent for an additional cost of $200.

Companies may also choose to sponsor a food truck to promote their firm and table next to the food truck for a cost of $3600 or $3100 for sponsors.

If your company wishes to showcase a vehicle, vehicle display spaces on the Duderstadt Plaza are also available for $300.
