During the registration process, companies will have the option to select between an enclosed event space with controlled student entrance or an open event space without controlled student entrance. Selecting the open option will place your table in a hallway or atrium, open and highly visible to passing students. If you have attended the Fall Engineering Career Fair in the past, this is the layout that you saw on that occasion. The enclosed option will place your table inside a secured room in close proximity to the open part of the fair. Students will be required to check their bags and present ID before accessing the enclosed space.

Opting for the enclosed event space will not result in any increase in cost, but may reduce table count from the selected tier. Note that both location types will be within UM North Campus Buldings.

If your company wishes to showcase a vehicle, an outdoor space can be provided for $250, with limited availability.
